Barbara's Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 can Simple Truth Organic No Salt Added Crushed Tomatoes 1 can Trader Joe's Organic Great Northern Beans 2 cups chopped Cabbage (I like savoy or nappa) 1 Poblano pepper, chopped1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cups broth (I used homemade turkey broth)4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Season to taste: cumin seeds, caraway seeds, seasoning blendWater as needed
Directions
Saute onion and poblano in olive oil, then add cabbage and saute further. Season to taste with cumin, caraway, and seasoning blend.

Add broth, tomatoes, beans and more water as needed, and simmer until ready.
