Emily's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 stick Butter, salted 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground or to taste2 tsp Ginger, ground " "1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 serving Egg white, large 2 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 101 grams Banana, fresh/ripe roughly three bananas mashed3/4 cup Florida Crystals Organic Sugar .25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat, or sour cream which may change nutrition values
Directions
Cream butter sugar, add egg, vanilla, spices, (cloves/nutmeg to taste), add bananas, flour, mix well and bake in a loaf pan 9x5x3 1 hour+. Remove when toothpick comes out clean.
