0.5 cup Sour Cream0.5 stick Butter, unsalted1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw8.0 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese32.0 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 season pork chops to your liking chop onion and bell pepper spread over top of pork chops put cream cheese and butter in microwave safe Bowl microwave 30 seconds and stir and then additional 30 seconds stir in sour cream and spread over top of pork chops and peppers bake in oven 350 for 40 minutes to an hour Serving Size: 1 pork chop
