Spinach, Bacon, Feta Salad

Ingredients
1.0 serving bacon, precooked Hormel black label (4 slices)1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar1.0 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic0.25 tsp Pepper, black5.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese0.12 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add 5 cups of cleaned raw spinach to a salad bowl. Fry bacon on medium heat till bacon is crispy. Remove bacon from pan, cool, crumble into pieces. Add to the hot bacon grease minced onion stir, add vinegar, water, sugar and pepper and stir. Pour over spinach, add cheese, toss and serve. *Place a plate over if you want to wilt it or leave it raw. We like it wilted.
