Ingredients
100 grams Guava sauce, cooked 2 tbsp rose petal jam (by CHRYSTEL) 3 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 50 grams Brown Sugar
Directions
Pressure cook the guava for 1 whistle. The cooked guava are cut into pieces and blend well. Extract the pulp. Add pulp, ghee, lemon juice and brown sugar in a heavy laden vessel and stir it well in a medium flame. As the the pulp thickens well, transfer it on a greased plate. Cut it into pieces and place rose petal jam on top of each piece
