Ingredients
2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw3.0 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin2.0 small Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt0.25 tsp Thyme, fresh0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 cup GREAT VALUE finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Blend all but cheese together until hot. Add cheese and blend for 15 seconds on variable 4.
