6.0 serving(s) light and fluffy noodles453.0 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini5.0 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped4.0 clove Garlic7.0 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano0.66 tbsp Basil56.0 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
Directions
Saw on Facebook but tried to cut down on calories. Switched out beef for chicken. ( It's 1 lb). It's 12 oz. bag light and fluffy noodles. 1 med. Onion diced. 1 large zucchini, 1/2 inch pieces, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING( couldn't find on spark people). 1/2 C parmesan cheese. Boil pasta, save 1 cup of water when draining. Cook meat in large skillet, add zucchini and diced onion, cook 5 mins. Add seasoning and minced garlic.Simmer 1 minute them add 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes, 1 cup saved pasta water. Let boil 5 min. Then simmer 30 or more min. Serve over noodles.
