Meatloaf Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 3 clove Garlic .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 tbsp Basil 2 tsp Oregano, ground 3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
Directions
Core peppers, leaving as whole as possible. Cut into think rings. Any excess can be diced and added to meatloaf mixture. Mix all remaining ingredients and put into pepper rings on a lined parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes - depends on thickness of pepper rings!
