Ingredients
4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .75 cup, diced Celery, raw 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 8 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g)
Directions
Saute mushrooms and celery. Add chicken broth and simmer until vegetables are soft. Add cream cheese and blend with a stick blender.
