2 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 2 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 0.25 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 30 mL Water, tap
Directions
Roast red peppers and garlic until soft. Blend with rest of ingredients until smooth. Add herbs if you wish.
