Green Chili Quiche

Ingredients
2 cups egg substiture8 oz. lowfat sharp cheddar cheese, grated1 6 oz can chopped green chilis1/4 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp low sodium taco seasoning mix or other mexican seasoning
Directions
Spray glass pie plate. Sprinkle cheese and green chilis in pan. Mix remaining ingredients in blender. Blend 1 minute. Pour over cheese mixture. Garnish with canned jalapeno slices, if desired. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375, until set. May also be microwaved om medium 5-7 minutes, turning every 2 minutes. Serve with fruit or salsa.
