Penne Rigate with Lean Ground Turkey

Classico Italian Sausage Pasta SauceOnionMushroomsFoster Farms Lean Ground TurkeyExtra Virgin Olive OilRonzoni Smart Taste Penne RigateTillamook Medium (or Sharp) Cheddar Cheese
Chop onions and garlic.
Heat extra virgin olive oil in medium to high heat.
Add garlic and chopped onions.
Saute until onions are transparent.
Add ground turkey and cook until no red or pink portions appear.
Add mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes
Add Classico Italian Sausage pasta Sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook Penne Rigate according to package instructions.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spoon pasta mixture to baking pan.
Sprinkle cheese in between layers and on top
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is all melted.
Makes 8 1-cup servings. Enoy!
