Stewed celery and onion

Ingredients
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 400 grams Celery, raw (chopped - leaves included)175 grams Onions, raw (chopped)2 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Fry the chopped onions in olive oil until soft and brown around the edges (around 10 minutes).
Add the chopped celery. Cover and cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until tender.
Add salt and pepper.
