Ingredients
8 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER .25 cup Coconut Oil .25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 12 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet 0.5 tsp Celtic Sea Salt Fine Ground (by JOCELYNALPAUGH) 1 tsp Peppermint Extract (by SAMINSOCKS)
Directions
Melt coconut oil in microwave. Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth. Pour mixture into a mini muffin tin. Please in freezer for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn the pan over to demold.
