Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1/4 ripe avocado2 tbsp chopped onion1/4 cup chopped cucumber1/4 cup ripe tomato, chopped1 oz lemon juice3 leaves, romaine lettucecooking spray
Directions
Spray small skillet. Saute onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado (optional). Tear Romaine lettuce into bite size pieces. Pour sauted veggies over lettuce. Add lemon juice and spices to taste.
