Ingredients
Directions
Onions, raw, 1 small (Sliced into rings)Kelloggs All Bran Flakes, 1 cup (Crushed, like breadcrumbs)Egg, fresh (beat, with a little water added.)Addition herbs if you'd like.
Slice onions into rings.
Coat the rings in the egg mixture.
Dip into the bran flake breadcrumbs.
(Season the breadcrumbs with parmesan, garlic powder, etc.) I like to use chipotle & mango dried seasoning.
Bake at 350 for 30 min, or until onion is tender.
Serve with ketchup, mustard, or mayo. :)
