Italian Pork Dinner

Ingredients
2 tbsp Fennel seed 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 1.5 tsp Garlic Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 48 oz Pork Tenderloin 2 1tsp Olive Oil .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 32 oz Klondike Gourmet Petite Idaho Potatoes, yellow-yellow fleshed (1 medium or 5 small potatoes) (by DAWNC1974) 16 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Crush spices and rub all over the meat. In dutch oven heat the oil on medium heat. Then sear all sides of the meat. The pour the water over the meat, add the veggies around the met. Cover and cook for 50 to 60 minutes, until meat and veggies are tender.
