Low Fat Blueberry Muffin

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Salt 0.50 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 1.50 tsp Baking Powder 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar 1 serving Egg white, large 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 1tsp Coconut Oil .5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
Directions
Combine wet ingredients and sugar until smooth. Stir in dry ingredients , mix until just combined. Stir in blueberries.
Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes then lower heat to 350 and bake an additional 15 minutes.
