Chickpea salad

Ingredients
3.5 cups (2 cans) of chickpeas1.75 cup (1 can) corn1 large onion chopped2 red peppers chopped5 plum tomatoes chopped2 large cucumbers peeled and chopped0.25 cup olive oil1 cup cider or red wine vinegar0.25 cup lemon juicecayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel cucumbers. Chop cucumbers, red peppers, tomatoes and onion. Place in large bowl. Add chickpeas, corn, olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Add cayenne pepper for a little kick and salt and pepper to taste.
