16 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen) .5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 2 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 1 tsp Garlic powder 9 oz Great Value Chopped Green Chiles (by CARAJO82) 1.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 4 oz Neufchatel Cheese .5 cup Sour Cream 1.5 cup Beans, Pinto, Market Pantry (by BJOHNSON70)

Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, chicken stock, and green chiles.
Cook on low for 7 hours.
An hour before serving heat the butter, cream, cream cheese, and sour cream in a saucepan, whisking until smooth.
Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks.
Add the cream mixture and beans (drained) to the chicken mixture in the slow cooker and cook on low for about 1 more hour.

Topping Suggestions:
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup red onion peeled and chopped
1 cup shredded Pepper-Jack cheese
