Best Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil4 large cloves garlic2 cups brussels sprouts, halvedSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in sautee pan over meduim-low heat. cover and cook ,stirring occasionally, until sprouts are tender, and have a little color. Serve immediately.

    These turned out very well. Be sure to cover the pan while the sprouts are cooking, to ensure tenderness. I sprinkled a little Parmesan cheese on mine after plating. - 8/14/12
