1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .5 cup, sliced Mangos .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 cup Spinach, fresh .75 cup Chobani greek yogurt plain whole milk (1cup=227gm) 2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Add all ingredients plus 16 oz of water. Blend. Enjoy
