2 cup Navy Bean, Dry 4 serving Mueller Small Sea Shell Pasta (1/2 cup dry) 1 large Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup Frozen Spinich 8 tbsp Parmasean Cheese 1/4 tsp salt and pepper1/4 tsp dried rosemary
Soak beans overnight. Rinse and drain
In large stock pot, place beans and cover with water 2 inches deep. Bring to boil, simmer for 2 - 2.5 hours.
Add garlic, onion and seasonings
add chicken stock and spinach
Boil pasta separately, add last.
mix in parmasean cheese
