Pepperoni Keto Pizza Bites

Ingredients
5 serving Woolworths Homebrand mozzarella grated cheese (25g) (by JEZZ08) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw salt & pepper to taste1 serving Canola Oil Non-stick Spray (2-3 second spray) 25 gram(s) Raguletto Classic Tomato Pasta Sauce 36 grams Pepperoni
Directions
Preheat oven to 200C.
Combine 90 grams of the cheese , beaten eggs and seasoning and pour/spread into baking tray sprayed with canola oil.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing into 24 bite-sized squares.
Turn oven up to 225C
Top each bite with a small amount of tomato paste, a slice of pepperoni and a small amount of the remaining cheese.
Bake for 5 - 7 minutes.
