Taro Korma

Ingredients
2 cup, diced Celery, cooked 4 cup, sliced Taro 1 cup Peas, green, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 0.50 tbsp Curry Paste, Green, Thai Kitchen 1.50 cup Turkey Broth 13.50 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk 2 tbsp Shalots (raw) 3.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Fry taro separately, then sautee onions and celery. add all liquid and indian spices to taste, cook for another 15-20 minutes with taro added.
