Ingredients
.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup, chopped Kale .5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) .5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 4 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Flour Tortillas 1 tbsp Italian Salad dressing .25 cup, diced Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
Directions
Mix all ingredients together to make a salad and put it in a wrap
