Ingredients
6 inner leaf red Romaine Lettuce 4 inner leaf green Romaine Lettuce 5 thin slices Onions, raw8 medium strips Carrots, raw8 medium strips Yambean (jicama)Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp
Directions
Wash lettuce well, with your hands break them into bite sizes. Mix all vegetables together.

Put oil and vinegar salad dressing in a very small sauce plate to dip only; for variation slice 3 black olives thinly to top.
