Roasted Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken brests3-6 sprigs of rosemary(fresh)2 cloves of garlic minced3-6 sprigs of thyme3-6 sprigs of parsley1tsp lemon grass minced1-2tbs lemon zest1 juice of lemon(fresh)1tbls of olive oil1 dash of salt1tsp of pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
clean and filet chicken brests lay in roasting pan or caserole dish
mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon grass, garlic, salt, and pepper together.
cover chicken with mixture
lay sprigs of rosemary, thyme, and parsley on top of chicken
place chicken in oven and cook 25-30 min or unil completely done
