Pecan Apple Grape Chicken Salad Light

Ingredients
Three 3 oz. grilled chicken breasts (cooked on my George Foreman)1/2 Granny Smith or green appleHandful of red or black grapesHandful of chopped pecansLight mayo
Directions
Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces. Add 2 tbsp. of light mayo and mix. Mayonaise should lightly coat ingredients, not completely cover them like traditional chicken salads.

Serve on a whole wheat bun or low carb tortilla. Lettuce and tomato can also be added.

This version has about 1/2 the fat and calories as the Arby's version, and it really helps with my cravings!
