Breakfast Calzones

Ingredients
1cup Brodie Self Raising Flour 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain Kirkland Brand 6 serving Egg white, large 4 serving Cracker Barrel marble Cheese Slice (20g = 1 slice) 4 slices diced back bacon
Directions
preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Dice bacon and add to skillet cooking till starting to brown.
In small bowl whisk eggs setting aside 2 tbsp for wash, add cheese.
Add egg mixture to skillet with bacon and cook.
Mix flour and greek yogurt. Once mixed divide into 4 even balls. Roll each ball out, scoop egg mixture into middle, fold over and pinch edges. Brush with egg wash. Put on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
