Garden Chickpea Dill Dip

1 cup Lentils 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 1 slice Dill Pickles 10 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt 2.5 tbsp Tahini 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1. Add chickpeas to a large bowl and mash with a fork until all chickpeas are broken.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix, mashing slightly.
3. If possible, chill before serving to enhance flavors. Enjoy as-is like a salad, or with crackers and veggies, or spread onto a sandwich!
