HEARTY HOMEMADE VEGGIE SOUP

Ingredients
28 fl. oz of diced tomatoes28 fl. oz water227 ml bamboo shoots in a can (tuna sized tin)5 cups of frozen stir fry veggies1/3 cup of red lentils1 cup of chopped spinach1/2 cup of baked beans2 tablespoons of chili powder1 teaspoon of garlic salt1 teaspoon thymepepper to taste
Directions
Add all of ingredients to pot and bring to a boil, turn down to simmer about 1 hour.
