Ingredients
300 gram(s) Potato - Plain Baked Russet Potato 3.5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 stalks Celery, cooked 2.5 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) 1 cup Soy Milk
Directions
1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add in the vegetables. Let simmer until potatoes are cooked through. 2. Add in the remain ingredients and stir, let cook another 5-10 minutes. 3. Using an immersion blender, blend 1/3 of the mixture before mixing together 4. Serve and enjoy!
