Asparagus Sundried Tomato Omelet

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Asparagus, fresh1.0 1tsp Olive Oil1.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tsp Parsley, dried0.25 cup Sundried tomato
Directions
Warm olive oil in pan. When warm, add eggs to pan and scramble. Add herbs while scrambling. When eggs begin to set on the bottom, add vegetables. Flip or fold over egg when the bottom fully sets. Remove from heat and serve. Add soft feta or other soft cheese if desired.
