cucumber salad

Ingredients
2 large cucumbers (peeled&sliced)1/4 cup Red Onion2 cups vinegar1 cup cold water1/2 cup granulated sugar1 Tbsp Dried Dill
Directions
Peel and slice cucumber and Onion. Place in dish. Pour vinegar and water over top. Add sugar and dill. MIx until sugar dissolves. Cover. Put in refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve cold.
* Yields about 12 servings
* Can be halfed for smaller occasions.
