Stuffed Bell Peppers, Homemade

Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 5 oz Mahatma Yellow Rice -Serving of Dry Rice 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 cup Pasta Sauce, Hunts Garlic & Herb
Directions
Brown ground chuck with onions, rinse and drain grease.
Cook yellow rice according to package.
Combine meat and rice and add (1) cup sauce to mixture.
Stuff hollowed out bell peppers with meat and rice mixture.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
