Introduction

Ingredients

1 pound of 93% lean ground beef.
2 cans of Sweet Corn
Zatarain's Yellow Rice (enough for 4 servings)
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Prepare the yellow rice as directed, and set aside into a large serving dish.
Heat the two cans or corn and set aside into a large serving dish or keep warm on low heat.
Optionally, you can sprinkle some spices on the ground beef prior to browning. McCormick's Cinnamon Chipotle works well, as does Lawry's Seasoned Salt or just plain old salt and pepper.
Brown the ground beef until fully brown, then
remove from pan and drain excess fat.
In four serving dishes, put one serving of yellow rice on the bottom, layer 4 oz of ground beef in the middle, and top with 1/2 can of sweet corn. Serve.
