Ingredients
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 2.65 cup Great Value Peas & Carrots, Frozen 0.25 cup Lentils 2 tbsp Curry powder 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Salt 3 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 1 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Crock pot on low until chicken can be shredded with a fork. Adjust spices to taste. Serving Size: Makes ~8 1 cup servings.
