1 box Pillsbury Moist Supreme White Premium Cake Mix27 Rolo Candy Classic Size (5 rolo per serving, 30g) .25 cup Granulated Sugar 1 stick Butter, unsalted 4 oz Cream Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Soften the butter and cream cheese. Mix the butter, cream cheese, egg and cake mix into a soft dough. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes. Scoop the dough into balls - I was trying for 24, but I ended up with 27. Preheat the oven to 350 and put parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place a Rolo on each ball. Roll the dough into a ball with the candy in the center. In a separate bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool on pan for 1 min, then slightly flatten the cookies with the back of a spatula. Remove from the pan to a wire rack and cool completely. Store in a sealed container.
