Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1.5 cup Lentils 1 cup, shredded Cabbage, savoy, fresh 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 8 cup Homemade vegetable stock (by ABOGLESBEE) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic 3 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 1 large Onions, raw
Directions
Make the mirepoix, garlic briefly and last, deglaze the pan. Toss everything else in the pot and simmer.
