Turnip "potato" salad

Ingredients
7.0 large Hard Boiled Egg1.0 tbsp Curry powder1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground3.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)5.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw5.0 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes2.0 medium Turnips1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cube, oil, season and bake turnips at 350°f for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp on the outside and soft inside. Dice radishes, hard boiled eggs, and celery. Mix in cooled turnips, mayo, mustard and seasonings. Serve cold. Serving Size: About a cup or so
