healthy shredded beef soft taco

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1 lb Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedChili powder, 1 tsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips 1 can drained yellow cornLime Juice, .5 lime yields Garlic, 1 clove Salt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 6 serving
Directions
I cook a whole roast in the crock pot and divide it up for this recipe and others. (crockpot time is not shown in the cooking time) I put in crockpot in the morning and when I get home is done.
Then I shred the meat - while doing this take pepper, onions, garlic and saute in teflon pan using a little juice from the meat from the crockpot instead of oil. Add shreded meat, corn, spices and saute until all combined. Divide meat in 6 portions and place in tortilla, add whatever toppings you will like.
