Greek Tomato and Pepper Salad

Ingredients
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 3 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes) 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 16 tbsp Sliced Blacked Olives 1 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper3/4 tsp fresh thyme
Directions
1. Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and thyme in 2.5 quart serving dish.
2. Add tomatoes, red & green peppers, black olives, onion and cheese.
3. Toss well.
4. Refrigerate covered 2-6 hours.
5. Toss again before serving.
