Quiche w/ham and peppers

1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 4 oz Chopped Ham (Deli) (by MELISSA_X0) .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tbsp chopped Shallots
Saute shallots and peppers in tblsp olive oil until softened.
Whisk eggs and milk. Season as desired with salt and pepper and nutmeg. Scatter chopped ham, cooked vegetables and cheese in pie crust. Pour egg/milk mixture over veggies and ham. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until set.
Serving Size: Makes 6 slices in 9" pie crust
