Veggie scramble

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup Spinach, frozen2.0 large Egg white, fresh0.25 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter0.25 cup green bell pepper chopped
Directions
Spray non-stick pan and then add butter. And vegetables and sautee quickly add a splash of unsalted vegetable broth or water just to cool down the pan and help the vegetables cook. In a measuring cup measure eggs add a little salt and pepper and any seasoning. I used a dash of onion and garlic powder. Pour into the pan after the water or broth has evaporated and scramble the eggs into the vegetables. And serve. Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
