24 oz Beef Chuck Eye Steak, cubed small1 small onion, diced0.5 cup green chile 8 cup water1 cup bell pepper, diced1/4 cup flour
Cube beef stew meat into smaller pieces in crock pot. Sprinkle with ground cumin, chili powder, and pepper. Add diced vegetables and water. Stir well. Cook on slow for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Drain the floating fat off the top of the pot and the excess water. Add a roue of flour and water for thickening the gravy.
