Semolina/Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Directions
1 c warm water1/2 tsp honey1 tsp kosher salt2 tsp olive oil1 cup semolina flour1 1/3 cup bread flour1 cup whole wheat flour2 Tbsp vital wheat gluten1 pkg yeast
Put all ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Select dough cycle, press start, walk away until cycle is finished. Stretch dough out to desired size, place on pizza stone in preheated 425 degree F oven.
OR pre-heat grill to as hot as you can get it, and grill on one side, then flip over and top.
Bake for about 10 minutes, then add toppings and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes until done, and cheese is melted.
