Deb's Homemade Loaded Pizza

Ingredients
2 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 serving Hormel Pepperoni (14 slices per serving) 8 oz Hot Italian Sausage-Johnsonville 1 link 3oz 0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 medium Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Mozarella Cheese (by FACEGOOD) 0.66 cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce
Directions
For crust: soften 1 packet of yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Add 4 cups unbleached white flour, 2 T olive oil, and 1 cup warm water. Mix, using electric mixer with dough hook, or by hand using wooden spoon until dough comes together. Knead for ten minutes. Place in oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and set in warm place to rise. When dough has doubled, punch down and divide in half. Preheat oven to 400*. Freeze one half (or make 2 pizzas). Roll, pull, or toss remaining half of the dough into a 14-16 inch circle. Place on lightly greased pizza pan. Add sauce, followed by cheese, pepperoni, sausage (precooked and crumbled with fat drained off), and vegetables, thinly sliced. Bake in 400* oven for 20 minutes, or until crust is lightly golden. Cut into 8 slices and enjoy.
