8 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 4 oz Italian Sausage, Bulk (by LDERSCH) .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers).66 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 4 cup tomatoes, canned, Dei Fratelli seasoned diced all natural tomatoes (by WESTGATE85) 8 oz Sauce, Spaghetti, Traditional - 26 oz jar (GV) ggg (by MG7_FIT) 5 fl oz Red Wine 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Italian Spice (by SLIDOG) 1 tsp Garlic
In saucepan, brown meats, vegetables, together until meats are brown and vegetables are soft. Drain. Add tomatoes, sauce, wine, water, and spices and simmer on low heat till thickened to your preference about an hour. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
