28 Onions, raw 0.50 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 serving Pizza Dough - Publix - 8 servings 60 grams Mama Cozzis Pepperoni 200 grams Classico traditional Pizza Sauce (60g) 8 serving Sargento Classic Mozzarella & Provolone Shredded Cheese (1/4 cup) 60 grams Black Olives 100 grams Mushrooms, cooked
Proof dough on a plate covered with damp towel, punch down three to four times to break the gluten links. Form to 12”, coat top and bottom with olive oil and pre bake until dough has bread consistency. Cool. Apply all toppings and brush exposed crust edge with extra olive oil. broil until all cheese has melted and pepperoni is light crisp.
